- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪WOULD GIVE HALF A STAR IF I COULD AS OTHER REVIEWS SAY service is very unprofessional.. You are on hold for 30-45 minutes just to have them pick up and say please hold again.. I CALLED TO GET HELP WITH A ISSUE AND SOON AS I SAID IM ON MY WAY UP THERE THEY INSTANTLY HUNG UP....I walked up there while on hold before and was still on hold after i got there.. and still had issues on solving the issue after i got there..
